Terms and Conditions of Visiting

§1

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) set out the rules for visiting Muzeum Tyskich Browarów (Museum of Tychy Brewery) and Tyskie Browary Książęce w Tychach (the Duke’s Brewery in Tychy) (hereinafter referred to as “the Museum” and “TBK” respectively, and jointly to as “MTBK”).

MTBK is open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. till 08.00 p.m. Estimated duration of a tour around the MTBK is 150 minutes. MTBK reserves the right to change the date and time of the visit and temporarily exclude a part of the display from the tour. The Museum can be visited individually or in groups of up to 25 persons. TBK can be visited in groups of up to 25 persons.

Before entering the MTBK display area, a guest is obliged to purchase an entry ticket per price specified in the price list for MTBK visiting. The current price list can be found on the website: zwiedzbrowar.pl.
Once the ticket has been purchased it is not subject to a refund. Students under the age of 26, recipients of pensions and disabled persons are eligible to buy a reduced entry ticket against showing a relevant card.

§4

Only adult persons are allowed to visit MTBK. Persons who are under the influence of alcohol and/or other intoxicating substances shall not be admitted into MTBK. Smoking is prohibited within the MTBK premises. Within MTBK, a group may walk only on a path designated by the guide and under his/her guidance. For the sake of safety of tour participants, it is not allowed to touch any device located within TBK. Failure to comply with this rule may result in burns or other bodily injuries.
Taking photographs within the premises of TBK is permitted only in specific places designated by the Guide. When walking around TBK, visitors are requested to exercise special care in connection with the ongoing beer production process and plant operation. This implies paying attention to surfaces of walking paths, obstacles (e.g. curbs), vehicles moving around the plant etc.
If MTBK personnel consider that a visitor violates these Terms and Conditions, behaves in a manner which jeopardises his/her health and health of other guests, causes a hindrance to the tour or otherwise breaches generally accepted norms of behaviour in public spaces, then such a visitor will be required to leave MTBK premises.

Visiting programme is subject to changes resulting from the brewery operation.
